Aida Farahani

Associate Attorney

Aida Farahani is an associate attorney at Livesay & Myers, P.C., practicing exclusively immigration law.

An attorney since 2013, Ms. Farahani has years of experience with both family-based and employment-based immigration law. She has assisted a large number of individuals in securing green cards and citizenship to the United States. Ms. Farahani has also handled a large number of cases in immigration court, where she has successfully advocated for relief from removal based on: adjustment of status, asylum, cancellation of removal, and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for unaccompanied minors.

Ms. Farahani earned her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law in 2013, after graduating from George Mason University in 2009. She began her legal career in 2013, practicing at two different law firms in Northern Virginia before joining Livesay & Myers, P.C. in 2017.

Ms. Farahani was born in Tehran, Iran and is fluent in English and Farsi/Persian. Being an immigrant herself, Ms. Farahani has long held an interest in immigration law, and is particularly attuned to the needs of immigrants and their families. She is devoted to pursuing the best possible outcome for each and every client.

Ms. Farahani works out of the firm’s offices in Northern Virginia, and handles cases nationwide.
