Florencio Avila Cachu is facing deportation, but he is afraid that he will be leaving behind his two children who are chronically ill. Cachu states that if he is forced to return to Mexico, his two child - one with a hole in his heart and another with Type 1 diabetes - will be without medical care. Cachu has had work authorization to be in the U.S. but it recently ended abruptly without explanation. The children would likely not survive back in Mexico, but his wife cannot afford their care in the U.S.
