In Detroit, Michigan, a 90-year-old man has become a U.S. citizen after not knowing he wasn't one for decades. Frank Lenartowicz was born in Canada and moved to the U.S. while he was young with his family. His father became a citizen in 1935, and was told by his father that he was now a citizen. He then found out he wasn't one when he tried to get a newer license five years ago and couldn't prove his citizenship. Now, he has made it official.
