A Michigan café owner will not face deportation for two years after being granted a deferral. The U.S. government says that Ibrahim Parlak hid his ties to a group labeled a terrorist organization. Parlak originally immigrated to the U.S. in 1991 after being convicted in Turkey of supporting the Kurdish separatist movement.
