Former Soldier Gets Prison for Lying on Citizenship Forms

A former Guatemalan soldier who was involved in a 1982 massacre is now facing prison time as he lied on his U.S. citizenship forms. Gilberto Jordan will face 10 years in prison as he life about his military service and role in the massacre. Jordan has since admitted to taking part in the massacre, which included him tossing a baby into a well.
