Man’s Deportation Postponed

A man who lost his daughter in a fire has reportedly had his deportation postponed. Nelson Benavides was reportedly arrested while trying to cross the U.S.-Mexico border as his family lived in the U.S. However, the since the fire occurred and he lost his daughter and wife, his deportation has been postponed. He will now be able to attend the funeral services. Benavidez will be escorted to the family services by an immigration officer.
