Man’s Deportation Suspended

A man in the Phoenix, Arizona area has reportedly had his deportation suspended for 30 days. The suspension is in relation to Pedro Gutierrez who did not know he was in the U.S. illegally until after his grandmother passed away. He was brought to the U.S. at seven years old by her as his parents lived in Mexico and were abusing substances. Now, he will have a chance to appeal his deportation.
