Father Who Lost Son Facing Deportation

A father in the Utah area who lost his son to cancer is reportedly still facing deportation. According to reports, the man was arrested for allegedly using false documents to obtain employment at American Fork's Heritage Care Center. Now, while charges have not yet been filed, he could be deported if they are and he's convicted. He has been released on $5,000 bond.
