Man Wins Deportation Reprieve

A man has reportedly won a deportation reprieve in order to stay out of Uganda where he fears imprisonment. According to reports, he felt that he would be tortured in Uganda due to the fact that he is homosexual. The African state does punish homosexuals with jail time. It is also alleged that those prisoners are often tortured as well. Now, a court has given him temporary reprieve while further evidence in this case is dealt with.
