A four-year-old who has essentially been deported from the U.S. has brought up the debate on "anchor babies." Emily Ruiz was born in the U.S. to illegal immigrants. She recently was out of the country when her grandfather brought her back to the U.S. Her grandfather was told he could not be in the U.S. due to an immigration infraction. He was then also told that the girl could either leave with him or be held in custody of the State of Virginia. Her parents are now working to get her back into the U.S.
