Arrestee Facing Deportation

An Occupy Oakland protester has been arrested and is now facing possible deportation. According to reports, the man came to the U.S. about six years ago to study astrophysics at UC Berkeley. Now, he is being held without bail due to a federal immigration hold as he was arrested while protesting. The man was reportedly in the U.S. on a student visa but dropped out over concerns about nuclear weapons proliferation.
