Visa Cap Met for Foreign Workers

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have announced that they have received enough petitions for graduate level skilled workers under the H-1B visa program to meet the cap. The visa cap is reportedly at 65,000 for fiscal year 2012. This is reportedly the earliest that the cap has been met in the past three years. Compared to last year, the cap has been met two months before the previous one.
