Nigerian Man Seeking U.S. Citizenship

A Nigerian man is reportedly seeking U.S. citizenship status as he claims his dad was a U.S. soldier in Nigeria during World War II. According to reports, he is now filing a lawsuit to have the man exhumed in order to prove that this is the case. He cannot be given U.S. citizenship status until it is shown that the man is his father. The man’s bother died in 1996 while the alleged father died in 1981.
