Woman Avoids Deportation

A woman has been able to avoid deportation as her conviction was recently erased. According to reports, the judge on her case ordered the withdrawal of her guilty plea which resulted in the conviction being erased. The court decided that at the time the woman had not been completely and adequately advised that she could be deported according to
