An undocumented farm worker in the Vermont area is reportedly possibly able to avoid deportation. According to reports, he has been slated for deportation this week, but now he might be granted a temporary reprieve. He has been living in Vermont for 5.5 years while working on a dairy farm. He did end up filing an application for a "stay of removal" which could result in the deportation delay. He is then hoping to apply for a work permit if he has the extra time in the U.S.
