Marine Becomes U.S. Citizen

A Guinea Marine has reportedly recently just become a U.S. citizen. According to reports, the man is a maintenance mechanic with General Support 2 Platoon and earned it during a recent ceremony. He was born in Guinea but immigrated to the U.S. with his father in 1999. He enlisted in the Marine Corps. in 2009 which led to his path toward citizenship.
