Man Suing Over Deportation

A North Carolina man has suing the government for deporting him to Mexico as he was left there unable to care for himself due to his mental illness. Mark Lyttle was reportedly misidentified as an illegal immigrant in 2008. He was eventually deported although he suffers from various disabilities including bipolar disorder and emotional problems. He reportedly is a U.S. citizen and does have a social security number.
