Cuban Dissidents to Settle in U.S.

Washington is allowing for most of the 38 dissidents who were released from prison in Cuba to settle in the U.S. The Cuban political prisoners can now come to the U.S. to be eligible. The dissidents were originally arrested in 2003 and just recently released. It is unknown how many of them will likely come to the U.S. to resettle.
